Located in the rural town of Elmer, NJ, The Bistro on Broad Street provides an intimate and welcoming environment that compliments and reflects the town's rich heritage. It offers traditional American cuisine made with locally-grown produce as well as the finest and freshest ingredients. The diverse menu offers affordable entrees ranging from $7 to $10 for lunch and $15 to $25 for dinner. The Bistro will be open for dinner on Friday and Saturday evenings as well as brunch on Sunday mornings for the first six months of operation. Once fully operational, the Bistro will be open daily for lunch and dinner. The Bistro dedicates itself to providing each patron with an individual experience, but will also encourage groups to reserve one of the
restaurant's three small, semi-private rooms. The Bistro also offers full service catering. Owned and operated by Elmer chef Dawn Collins, the
primary goal is to provide a great dining experience for every one of our guests.
